Trademark Strategy Review
Written Analysis

Note: The Strategy Review fee is not credited toward a subsequent application. It is a standalone deliverable.
Trademark Application Filing
Preparation and filing of your federal trademark application with the USPTO. Includes identification of goods/services, class selection, specimen review, and submission.

USPTO filing fees are typically $250–$350 per class of goods/services, paid directly to the government. The number of classes depends on the scope of your goods or services. These fees are separate from the flat fee above.
If you previously completed an IP consultation, the $195 fee is applied toward your application.
What Happens After Filing
- • USPTO examines the application (typically 3–6 months)
- • Office Actions may be issued requiring a response
- • If approved, mark is published for opposition (30 days)
- • Registration issues after opposition period clears
Copyright Registration
Registration of your original work with the U.S. Copyright Office. Covers preparation, application completion, and submission for literary works, visual art, music, software, and other eligible works.

Copyright Office filing fees typically range from $45–$85 depending on the application type. These fees are paid to the government and are separate from the flat fee above.

Office Action Response

Statement of Use (SOU)

Filed after a Notice of Allowance to show the mark is in use in commerce.
Extension of Time

TTAB Opposition / Defense
Starting at $3,500–$7,500+
Representation in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings. Highly fact-specific and scoped as needed.
